Oom Piet’s Christmas Party

Important event information

1. Gates open at 6:30pm. (No need to arrive earlier) Show starts at 7pm and ends at 9.30pm
2. Please bring a wrapped gift for your child (No larger than a shoebox size) labelled clearly with their name.
3. If possible, please bring an extra gift or a non-perishable food for a less privileged child)
4. Please put the gifts in a black bag and keep them in the boot of the car. The helpers will collect on arrival so as not to spoil the surprise.
5. Family Gifts are to be tied together.
6. Please keep your child’s gifts separate from the donated gifts for the underprivileged.
7. Glow sticks will be on sale at R10each. Cash or card will be accepted.
8. Bring your own picnic basket – NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED.
9. A food truck will be available for Coffee and eats to purchase.
10. Tickets R180 per person (Children under the aged 2 and under are free.) – available on QUICKET
11. No extra children may be brought to the party to receive own supplied gifts from Father Christmas. Adults are welcome @ R180 pp and can pay cash on the night. Please pay exact amount as no change will be available at the gate. Any change due will be forfeited to the Rotary Club of Durbanville.
12. Tickets are not transferable or refundable
13. In the unfortunate event of bad weather, the decision to cancel the party will only be decided on the evening of the party – No refunds will be offered.
14. Due to the high risk of fire, no smoking will be permitted in or around the venue.
15. Please bring warm clothing as it can get cold as the sun goes down.
16. Please also bring a torch as it is dark when returning to the car.
