Oom Piet Christmas Party
I hereby acknowledge that I attend the party at my own risk and I furthermore indemnify and hold harmless the Rotary Club of Durbanville, the Marco Polo Club, the owner of the venue and any other persons acting upon their instructions against any damage, death or injury from any cause suffered by anyone of my group attending.
I also acknowledge that the Rotary Club of Durbanville may take photographs at the party, which may include photographs of a child or children in my group. I hereby give the Rotary Club of Durbanville permission to publish such photographs for marketing and I furthermore indemnify and hold harmless the Rotary Club of Durbanville and/or anyone acting upon its instructions against any damage suffered as a result of the publications of any photographs of anyone in my group attending.
